Drawing...Study, 2013-2015. Dimensions: 70 x 110 cms. Oil paint on board with collaged fragments of photographic images (taken by me). While technically a painting with constructed elements, I consider it as drawing, studying, layering. This kind of work is an ongoing study that could continue into three-dimensional space. |

This work explores tradtional. although random, mark-making decorative display and 'windows', while introducing Chance as a major component. This element occurs in that I do not play any instruments nor do I read or write music, nonetheless I am composing......

Chance Glass (Detail showing equipment used to arrive at 'map' positions for the glass containers). Method: the glass containers were spun on the floor and their orientation against a compass noted and reproduced on the wall chalk-board.
